Editing Experience

Since the beginning of 2019, I have served as an assistant editor for Auburn University's literary journal, Southern Humanities Review. My duties include reading through a weekly assignment of pieces submitted for publication in the journal and recommending, with written justifications, which pieces move onto the next level of consideration. I feel that I've both displayed and honed my analytical and critical skills through this work, and that it contributes greatly to my future goals of critical cinematic analysis. In addition to the two issues displayed below, I was assistant editor on all issues that came between the two.
